MoonRoot Folk is a space for women who are tired of performing their lives, and are ready to simply come home to themselves.
For a long time, the world has asked you to be more. More productive. More resilient. More adaptable. It has taught you how to perform, how to brace, and how to overextend, until your own voice became a whisper beneath the noise.
This is not a space that will ask more of you. This is a space where you are finally allowed to put it down.
I am Abrihet Imara, founder of MoonRoot Folk. My work is not about coaching you into a new version of yourself. It is rooted in a different belief entirely, that the most vital version of you is not ahead of you. She is already here. She has always been here. She is simply waiting to be uncovered.
"The woman you have been trying to become has been waiting for you to stop looking for her and simply uncover her."
Abrihet Imara, Founder of MoonRoot FolkIn this space we do not focus on the hustle of self-improvement. We focus on three things.
Creating a space where your body feels safe enough to release the bracing it has used to survive. Not as a goal, as a natural return.
Returning to your own authority over your time, your energy, your yes and your no. Not reclaiming something lost. Uncovering something that was always yours.
Listening to the somatic wisdom that lives in your body rather than the noise that lives in your head. Trusting what you already know beneath everything you have been taught to override.
I sit with you as a witness.
Whether we are mapping a transition in a Threshold Session or walking together through a longer season in Life in Motion, my role is to hold the lantern while you navigate your own internal landscape.
Here we do not force change.
We create safety, and let alignment lead.
I provide the grounded structure, the Circle, so you can do the deep work of simply being.
Enter the CircleYou arrived because something in you already knows the old way of doing no longer fits the truth of your being.
You do not need to be fixed.
You do not need to be further along.
You only need to be honest about where you are.
The door is open. Come when you are ready.
